TL;DR: Add aliases from the command line.
Setting up a new machine with Rhino? Using someone else's? Don't have access or CBF copying your aliases over? Sick of running MicroScribeCalibrateTip when you want to mirror something? We got you.
This is the lazy way to set up your macros. Try a command. When it fails, or runs an unexpected command, run the "alias" command and assign it to a new value.
Why? It's faster and less flow-breaking than opening the menu and assigning it in the GUI. It's easier to do on-demand rather than adding a whole lot that you rarely use right from the start.
