You can use the MinMash plugin to make parametric Animations in Grasshopper3d.

If the Plugin doesn't show up simply go to :

1- file >  Special Folders > Components Folder

2- Find MinMash.gha and right-click on it, select "Properties"

3- Hit the "unblock" option and Apply
