The warehouse model is okay. Some things are modeled well. Some are rushed/thrown together. The file size is large for what it is too - there's lots of faces due to how the steel is modeled. It would be much smarter to use a displacement texture for the walls/Roof sheet metal. And the steel could be simpler.
As long as the file size isn't a problem, the best use of this model would be rendering things inside a warehouse. There's enough detail to provide plenty of light bounces. You should be able to open/close the garage doors almost like they're parametric - basically you go to the "Block Instance" properties and you can switch the block with the drop-down.
Some of the assets are alright - The basketball hoop is perfect (if you squint! - I'd like to have one more go at it actually). The court is modeled based on actual high-school basketball court guidelines - whether it's the most common or not I don't know. a few other things like the doors might be useable, especially for just background content.
If you would like an R7 version (or lower) I can down-save and upload.
And... feel free to criticize anything you don't like. Lots of stuff was rushed so I won't take anything personally. It would be more to avoid doing things on future models as I might upload more buildings.
Thank-you and enjoy!
